Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Hands on Training Retirement Plan Requirements Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of Pennsylvania. Three or more years of experience managing commercial lines insurance accounts. Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy forms, and rating procedures. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Knowledge of Applied Epic software is highly beneficial. Experience working within an independent insurance agency setting. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through coverage renewals. Prepare, review, and process policy changes, certificates of insurance, and audits with precision. Collaborate with our producers to identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest improvements for our clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our agency management system for every account interaction. Resolve client issues by investigating problems and developing creative, effective solutions. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both our insurance carriers and our valued policyholders.
