We're looking for a knowledgeable and relationship-focused Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our Lansdale team. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to clients and carriers, providing proactive support, thoughtful coverage guidance, and a service experience that reflects Univest's commitment to care, integrity, and community. Responsibilities Utilize agency management system and carrier websites to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Working knowledge of Word and Excel Provide front line service for book of business assigned to you by anticipating and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner. Follow established agency policies and standard operating procedures Analyze policy coverage, rates as required, and make changes as appropriate Coordinate the marketing and placing of coverage with direction from Account Executive Communicate, meet, and interact with company personnel as appropriate Responsible for maintaining company underwriting, rating, marketing, bulletins, forms, and correspondence for company(ies) assigned and distributing information within the agency as necessary Maintain and nurture good customer and company relations Communicate and interact with client by phone, in person, or in writing Prepare proposals, finance agreements as required Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Current PA State Property and Casualty insurance producer license and minimum of 5 years previous agency or company experience Thorough knowledge of basic lines of insurance coverage and products Familiarity with the Commercial Lines Manual and specific coverage forms Understand rate making and proven ability to operate company specific rating software Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive and professional attitude
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $65,000+Benefits Overview:
