Salary Range:

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role. Strong ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language. Technical comfort with industry-standard policy management systems and office software. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior background in working with local communities or small businesses. Responsibilities Connect with local families and business owners to understand what matters most to them and identify their unique protection needs. Create customized insurance packages that provide real peace of mind for our neighbors in Northumberland. Review existing client policies regularly to ensure their coverage matches any changes in their life or business. Provide clear guidance and support during the claims process, acting as a steady hand for clients when they need it most. Document all client interactions accurately to maintain organized and up-to-date account records.
