Provide ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Prospect and secure new business by leveraging referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, cold-calling, and lead databases. Educate clients on commercial insurance solutions tailored to meet their unique needs and business objectives. Cultivate professional networks by developing relationships with business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and local business organizations (e.g., Chambers of Commerce).
