Renew current accounts working with clients to get renewal paperwork back. Work with carrier underwriters to negotiate renewal terms. Complete applications for carriers and negotiate pricing with underwriters. Provide servicing on existing accounts throughout the policy year. Insurance experience not needed. This is an entry level position. We will train you and assist you in getting your insurance license. We pay for this. There is potential for some remote work once the employee has shown the ability to do the job at a high level. There is potential for rapid pay increases as someone masters this job, as well as performance bonuses. You must demonstrate the ability to be kind and professional on the phone.
