$100,000k - $130,000k (base salary, permanently) + commission (new & renewal) + excellent benefits! Our client is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Lines Producer to join its growing Property & Casualty insurance practice. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering comprehensive commercial insurance solutions to middle-market and large commercial clients. The ideal candidate is a proven insurance professional with a strong understanding of commercial Property & Casualty coverage, an established network of business relationships, and a track record of successfully generating and retaining revenue. This is an opportunity for a motivated producer to leverage the resources, market access, and expertise of a leading brokerage platform while building and growing a profitable book of business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on generating new commercial insurance opportunities. Prospect for new clients through existing relationships, centers of influence, networking, referrals, industry events, and other business development activities. Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners, executives, risk managers, and other key decision-makers. Analyze clients' exposures, risk profiles, and insurance programs to identify coverage gaps and opportunities. Develop and present comprehensive Property & Casualty insurance solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, Claims professionals, and other internal resources to deliver exceptional client service. Work closely with insurance carriers and wholesalers to develop competitive coverage options and negotiate pricing and terms. Lead client presentations, renewal strategy meetings, stewardship meetings, and other high-level client engagements. Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and binding. Maintain a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella/Excess Liability, and related specialty coverages. Develop and maintain a profitable book of commercial insurance business while achieving new business and revenue goals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance and risk management solutions. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, prospect, and client information within the firm's CRM system. Stay current on insurance market conditions, carrier appetite, industry trends, and emerging risks. Represent the brokerage professionally within the marketplace and actively participate in relevant industry and community organizations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, preferably in a producer or business development capacity. Must have a valid P&C Producer License. Strong knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products, coverage structures, and risk management concepts. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
