SkyBlue Insurance is expanding our remote Auto Insurance Sales Team and is looking for experienced, licensed sales professionals who know how to build rapport, overcome objections and close business.

IMPORTANT

This is not an immediate work-from-home position. All newly hired remote Sky-Agents® must complete a minimum of six weeks of full-time, in-person training at our Lakewood, California headquarters before becoming eligible to work remotely. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Lakewood during the training period and must be able to attend training in person every scheduled workday, Monday through Friday. If you can close, you can make a great living here." — Current Sky-Agent® What You'll Do Assist customers shopping for auto insurance Handle inbound calls and exclusive web leads Compare rates from multiple insurance carriers Recommend coverage based on each customer's needs Build rapport, qualify customers, overcome objections and close sales Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish Complete applications and maintain accurate CRM and policy documentation Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews and sales training Qualifications Applicants must have a valid, active California insurance license (P&C or Personal Lines) and previous auto insurance sales experience to be considered. Active California Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license Auto insurance sales experience required Strong closing skills with a proven sales track record Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment Computer proficient Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required Must be able to attend a minimum of six weeks of full-time, in-person training at our Lakewood office Remote Work Requirements Once approved to transition to remote work, Sky-Agents® must maintain a professional home working environment.

You must have:

A dedicated private office or room used for work A quiet environment free from household noise and distractions during working hours Reliable, high-speed internet suitable for continuous phone and computer-based work A professional environment appropriate for handling customer calls and confidential insurance information The ability to remain focused and available throughout your scheduled workday Working from a kitchen, living room, shared common area, coffee shop or other public/shared workspace does not meet our remote-work requirements. Remote eligibility is contingent upon successfully completing training and demonstrating the ability to consistently follow SkyBlue's sales, compliance and operational procedures.
