Base/Draw + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure+ Earning Potential Position Overview The Turner Insurance Advisor Group, a FernRock Risk Partner, is a high-growth independent insurance agency specializing in commercial property & casualty, employee benefits, and risk management solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Lines Producer (Client Advisor) to join our team and play a key role in driving new business and expanding our presence. This position is built for high-performing sales professionals who want the tools, market access, and operational support needed to grow a substantial book of business—without unnecessary internal barriers. This is a production-focused role centered on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering strategic risk solutions to business owners and C-suite executives. Why Join Us Uncapped income with true six-figure+ (and long-term multi-six-figure) potential Competitive base salary or draw during transition period Aggressive new business and renewal commission structure Access to a broad portfolio of standard, specialty, and excess carriers Dedicated account management team to support retention and servicing Streamlined workflows utilizing AMS360 and Applied systems Structured Producer Development Program with mentorship and sales support Entrepreneurial, team-oriented culture built on integrity, accountability, and performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development Prospect, generate, and close new commercial insurance opportunities Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry networking to identify qualified prospects Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve production goals Client Advisory & Sales Execution Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and executive leadership Conduct risk assessments and gather underwriting data to structure tailored insurance solutions Present and close customized proposals aligned with client needs and risk strategies Serve as a trusted advisor on coverage, claims, and risk mitigation Relationship & Account Growth Build and maintain long-term client relationships Partner with internal service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention Support renewals, coverage reviews, and ongoing account development Carrier & Market Engagement Work with multiple carriers to secure competitive quotes and program structures Negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms to meet client objectives Stay current on underwriting guidelines, carrier appetites, and market trends Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) Ensure compliance with agency procedures, E&O standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and professional development Qualifications Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (Required) Proven success in commercial insurance sales or strong B2B sales background Demonstrated ability (or clear path) to generate $100K+ in annual new business revenue Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional presence and high level of integrity Core Competencies Ethical Conduct & Professionalism Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making Communication & Presentation Skills Relationship Management Sales Discipline & Accountability Compensation & Growth Base salary or draw (based on experience and validation plan) Uncapped new business commissions Renewal commissions for long-term income growth Performance-based bonuses and incentives Structured path to building a scalable, high-value book of business Realistic long-term earning potential exceeding $300K-$400K+ Work Environment & Expectations Professional office setting with hybrid/remote flexibility Full-time position (40-hour work week) Collaborative, team-driven culture with strong sales leadership and mentorship Minimal service burden—allowing producers to focus on revenue generation The Bottom Line If you are a driven producer looking for a platform that removes operational friction, expands your market access, and rewards performance—this is the opportunity to build a meaningful, scalable book of business.
