Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals. Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives. Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to enhance client coverage. Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up activities using our CRM system. Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
