Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging in outbound and warm calling to connect with new business opportunities through real estate referrals, and support existing customer relationships. Your enthusiasm, communications skills, and technical skills will drive growth and ensure client satisifaction. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients, building rapport and identifying their insurance needs related to real estate transactions Manage inbound inquiries promptly, providing clear information about our services and solutions Negotiate terms with clients to secure sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction Utilize CRM software to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales pipeline progress Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions, completing transactions in a timely manner and guiding clients through the real estate transaction as it pertains to insurance. Skills Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of customer service principles and effective problem-solving techniques Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally Understanding of real estate transaction process as it pertains to insurance Attention to detail Join us to leverage your talents where your efforts directly contribute to your growth.
