Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product updates to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. Familiarity with commercial insurance products as well as health, life, property, and casualty insurance knowledge. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telemarketing techniques for effective client outreach. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse client populations. Prior experience in benefits administration or customer relationship building is a plus.
