We are a dedicated group of driven, ambitious professionals, eager to impact people's lives as we rapidly expand our offices across the region. At the Polk Region of Modern Woodmen, our mission is to remain a top-tier holistic financial planning firm dedicated to providing needs-based solutions that empower our clients to achieve their dreams and safeguard their futures. Inspired by the care and thoroughness of a family physician's office, we prioritize personalized service, meeting with clients annually to perform financial "checkups" and ensure their plans operate at peak efficiency. We specialize in both investment and protection, offering expert guidance at every stage of life. Over the next five years, we are committed to growing our team from 32 to 50+ advisors while maintaining our client-first, needs-based philosophy. This growth will be accompanied by sustaining or increasing our advisors' average income, currently $145,000 annually, including for first-year advisors. Our success is built on robust mentorship programs with senior advisors and tailored business development plans for each new team member. We also require a strong commitment to professionalism, with advisors achieving Series 65/66 licensing within their first year.

Role Responsibilities:
Member Consultation:

Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Networking:

Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.

Training and Development:

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
