Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct insurance reviews and recommend personalized coverage solutions. Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products. Follow up with prospects and current customers to maximize retention and cross-selling opportunities. Explain policy coverage, pricing, and available discounts with confidence and professionalism. Maintain accurate client records using AgencyZoom, Salesforce, and other CRM tools. Work closely with teammates to share ideas, improve sales skills, and help achieve agency goals. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale. Strong organizational and time management skills. Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or AgencyZoom is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
