We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales Producers who enjoy building relationships, helping clients, and achieving sales goals. Whether working from our Orange office or remotely, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with ongoing training, coaching, and support. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and qualified leads. Consult with prospective clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Umbrella, and Commercial Insurance policies. Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing customers. Follow up on quotes and pending applications to maximize closing opportunities. Educate clients on policy coverages, available discounts, and protection options. Qualifications Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales goals. Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
