Salary Range:

$3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license Life & Health insurance license a plus Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable. Familiarity with AgencyZoom a plus. Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Designated work from home space for business use only. Work Hours remain the same remote as in office hours. 8-5, M-F. Responsibilities Engage with personal and businesss clients to assess their specific insurance needs. Draft and present customized policy quotes. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date. Reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and adjust plans. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Collaborate with our team to resolve billing questions or policy concerns with empathy and clarity.
