We are currently seeking a driven, experienced, and compliance-focused Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our growing remote team in a full-time W2 position. About the Role As a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Medicare beneficiaries by helping them understand and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary insurance products that best fit their healthcare and financial needs. This role is ideal for agents who are passionate about ethical sales, client education, and building long-term relationships while thriving in a remote, performance-oriented environment supported by strong leadership, retention teams, marketing infrastructure, and centralized compliance systems. What You'll Do Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate healthcare coverage solutions Assist clients with enrollments while ensuring full CMS and carrier compliance Sell ancillary insurance products including: Hospital Indemnity Cancer Plans Critical Illness Vision and related supplemental products Build and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional client service and follow-up Manage and maintain accurate client records using CRM and enrollment platforms such as Sunfire Stay informed on Medicare regulations, carrier updates, and enrollment guidelines Work collaboratively within a remote, team-oriented environment while independently achieving performance goals Support clients during SEP (Special Enrollment Period) opportunities with professionalism and urgency Qualifications Active Health Insurance License ( required )
