Choose How You Want to Get Paid $15 per hour straight pay or Uncapped production pay Under our production model: Approved enrollments 1 through 9: $75 each Approved enrollments 10 through 25: $125 each Approved enrollments 26 and above: $150 each Hit 30 approved enrollments in a week: +$75 milestone bonus Higher rates apply only to enrollments within each tier, and the tiers reset each week. 30 approved enrollments = $3,500 for the week 40 approved enrollments = $5,000 for the week There is no cap on production pay . Dental:

$25 per qualifying policy

Home Health Care:

$50 per qualifying policy plus applicable first month premium compensation Life insurance opportunities and additional bonuses for production, placement, persistency, and other performance goals may also be available. No Chargebacks on Earned Commissions Production Pay is advanced when the carrier accepts and approves the enrollment and becomes earned when the policy effectuates. For January 1, 2027 enrollments, if the policy does not go active on January 1, the advance may be reversed or offset against future commissions. Once the policy effectuates, there is no chargeback solely because the member later cancels or disenrolls. What We Are Looking For Active insurance license required. Medicare sales experience is preferred, and agents already Ready to Sell with major carriers are especially encouraged to apply. There are no required shifts or minimum weekly hours under the production pay model .
