Prior Sales Experience is not required, in fact, people with no prior sales experience are encouraged to apply. Job Overview We are seeking individuals who are looking to start a career in sales with Chosen Financial Group (CFG) . CFG is a Life insurance brokerage, meaning we are contracted with over 10 different insurance carriers. This allows you, as the producer, to offer clients a variety of coverage options—or replace existing policies with more competitive rates from multiple companies—so you rarely have to turn away a client due to denial. The ideal candidate is someone who is coachable and can show up on time. Those two things will triumph over any amount of experience or qualifications. Everything else is learned as you are trained by our sales managers. This role requires a willingness to learn the ability to assess client needs, and confidence in negotiating solutions that benefit both the client and the company. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients protect their assets and gain financial peace of mind. Responsibilities Calling leads and returning calls from potential customers Helping clients get insured thru the insurance carriers Evaluating client's financial needs and goals Back office, staying on top of outstanding requirements post sale Following up with your book of business and maintaining good persistency. Experience Previous sales experience (outside sales or insurance) is a plus but not required by any means. Retail sales workers, Restaurant workers, Blue collar workers, and people with manual labor job experience are encouraged to apply.
