This role is dedicated exclusively to consumer-facing coverage—helping individuals and families protect their most valuable personal assets, including homes, vehicles, boats, and personal liability. Working in a remote or hybrid structure, you will drive client retention, market policies to top-tier carriers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Account Management:
Oversee day-to-day service for personal lines clients, managing policy updates, endorsements, and annual renewals.
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions (auto, home, condo, renters, boat, and umbrella).
Market & Quote:
Market new and renewal business across various carrier partners, analyze rate options, and deliver compelling coverage proposals.
Claims Advocacy:
Guide clients through the claims submission process, acting as their advocate with insurance carriers to ensure swift resolution.
Account Rounding:
Proactively spot cross-selling opportunities to expand coverage and fully protect client assets. Required Qualifications & Experience Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License. Proven experience managing personal lines products (Home, Auto, Boat, Umbrella, Renters). Strong familiarity with rating systems, carrier platforms, and agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic). Demonstrated ability to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional policies. Exceptional communication skills with a track record of high-touch client service and claims support.
