WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Own and optimize the Google Merchant Center experience for hundreds of independent stores using EZ-Commerce. Diagnose and resolve account suspensions, feed errors, verification issues, and weird Google "gotchas" that stump everyone else. Set up and troubleshoot Google My Business verification, Shopping feeds, and account linking, you know the drill. Work hands-on with our inventory and product data feeds, using cloud code/AI coding tools (no need for hard-core coding, but you're not afraid to get technical). Document solutions, automate fixes where possible, and help make our integration bulletproof at scale. Be the go-to person for all things Google Merchant Center, internally and with clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience running or troubleshooting Google Merchant Center accounts for real e-commerce stores (volume matters, not just one Shopify hobby store). You've handled account verification, disapprovals, Shopping feed setup, and resolved those magical "policy violations" Google spits out. Comfortable with Google My Business and the whole local SEO/verification process.

Hands-on with automation:

you've used cloud code, Codex, or similar AI/low-code tools to streamline repetitive Merchant Center work. You don't need to be a full-on developer, but you're not scared to poke around in technical settings or script a fix. Clear, plain-English communicator. You can explain to a hardware store owner why their hammer feed is broken and how you fixed it. Relentless at problem solving. If Google says "no," you find a way. We don't care where you went to school. We care whether you've actually shipped results and can show it.
