This position is a Hybrid-Remote schedule - Each week you will have set in office and work from home days. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales as environments and community outreach, to promote personal insurance products. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance lines. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet regulatory standards. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering ongoing support for benefits administration. Stay informed on insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the client base through multilingual outreach or client communication efforts. Qualifications Must have a current MD property and casualty insurance license Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on personal lines products. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings. Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system tools for sales tracking and client management. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Pay rates are negotiable on experience.
