No We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives. No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity working with warm leads-individuals who have expressed interest in receiving information about life insurance coverage. Representatives connect with prospective clients by phone, learn about their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help qualified clients through the application process. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help new representatives learn the insurance industry and develop the skills needed to succeed in a telesales environment. What You'll Do Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance information

Conduct client appointments remotely by phone

Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget

Educate prospective clients about available life insurance options

Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs

Complete and submit insurance applications electronically

Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process

Maintain accurate client information

Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training

Develop strong phone communication, follow-up, and sales skills Warm Lead Sales Model Our sales process focuses on working with warm leads rather than traditional cold calling. Prospective clients have previously expressed interest in receiving information about life insurance. Your role is to follow up with these individuals, determine their needs, present available options, and help qualified clients complete the application process. Warm leads do not guarantee a sale or commission. Individual results depend on sales activity, follow-up, performance, and other factors. No Insurance Experience? That's Okay. We are open to individuals who are completely new to insurance and sales. You may be a good fit if you are: Comfortable communicating with people over the phone

Willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, recruiting, real estate, automotive sales, or other customer-facing positions may be helpful, but is not required. Training & Support representatives receive: Initial sales and product training

Phone and telesales training

Guidance through the insurance licensing process

Ongoing coaching and mentorship

Virtual team training and support

Continued sales and product education Licensing Requirements An insurance license is not required to apply or interview. Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business. Licensing requirements vary by state. Candidates will receive guidance regarding the licensing process and the steps required to become eligible to conduct insurance sales. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, activity, sales results, and other factors. No specific income level is guaranteed. Remote Work Environment This is a remote telesales opportunity. Representatives conduct client communication and appointments primarily by phone and work from their own remote workspace.
