Compensation & Perks 100% commission-based compensation with no guaranteed base salary Typical first-year gross earnings of $75,000-$100,000 Top first-year performers may earn $150,000+ Uncapped earning potential based on individual production Commissions generally paid the next business day on submitted business Residual income beginning in your second month Health and dental coverage available with qualifying production Exclusive qualified leads with no upfront lead purchase required Licensing guidance and incentives are available to qualified applicants. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state life insurance license before selling insurance. About the Role As a Life Insurance Agent, you'll meet with prospective clients in their homes, learn about their needs and budget, and recommend coverage that helps protect their families. This is a field-based, in-person sales role serving clients in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the surrounding territory. This is not a remote or hybrid position. What You'll Do Work exclusive, company-provided leads - no cold calling or door knocking Travel to scheduled in-home appointments throughout your territory Explain life insurance in clear and understandable terms Assess each client's needs, budget, and coverage goals Recommend suitable coverage and accurately complete applications Follow up with clients and provide ongoing customer service Participate in training, coaching, and regular team communication Complete the company's required training and onboarding webinar.
