Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals Process policy applications, endorsements, and related documentation accurately Meet or exceed individual sales targets and agency production goals Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulationsRequirements:
Active Tennessee Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain) Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamAbout Us:
