Our goal is to help you develop the product knowledge, sales skills, and business-building fundamentals needed to begin your career and grow as an independent agent. Educate customers on available insurance products, coverage options, benefits, and policy features. Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on each customer's individual needs. Develop long-term relationships that encourage customer retention and referrals. Follow up with existing customers regarding renewals, changing insurance needs, and additional coverage opportunities. Build a growing book of business through consistent prospecting, excellent customer service, and relationship management. Maintain accurate customer and prospect information using CRM and other business tools. Stay informed about insurance products, carrier requirements, regulations, and industry developments.
