Objectives :

Break ground on a new territory and act as the number one person in the area. Underwrite, analyze, and make decisions on accounts ranging from small or struggling companies to mid-sized contractors. Review complex submissions, account losses, pricing models, and profitable premiums. Develop a territory and cultivate customer and producer relationships. Liaise and build relationships with agents, reinsurers, and contacts.

Requirements :

Experience underwriting small to middle market standard contract surety accounts. Desire to grow within a company and act as the company's ambassador and primary underwriter in the region.
