We are seeking a licensed and client-focused Client Service Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier service in the insurance industry. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who holds a Property+Casualty Insurance license and thrives on building strong client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and contributing to account retention and growth. You will play a key role in supporting clients in either personal or commercial insurance, collaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless service experience. Provide superior service & serve as the point contact for our insured's Underwrite individual risk situations to ensure that they meet our agency standards and those of the insurance companies we represent Make individual policy placement decisions based on the needs of the customer, our Agency and the Companies we represent Manage all account transactions including but not limited to endorsements, binders, cancellations & correspondence. Review policies for accuracy and completeness and updating agency management system in accordance with workflow procedures Secure applications from Account Manager or Sales Executives for all coverage's including price quotations and comparisons for the companies we represent Request loss runs, issue binders, ID cards, certificate of insurance & evidence of property Timely follow up on company/clients suspense/diaries Keep abreast of change in the insurance industry Maintain professional accreditation Build favorable work relationships Maintain confidentiality Qualifications 5+ years of Personal Lines Experience Active Florida 4-40 License required (2-20 preferred) High level of organizational ability with attention to detail Ability to be part of a team Experience w/rating, underwriting and procedural skills Experience with AMS360 / Image Right All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation:
$47,500 - $80,000 based on experience, education, and work location.
