Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Commercial Auto Underwriting team. Develop underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and pricing strategies. Underwrite complex commercial auto, trucking, and fleet risks. Monitor portfolio performance, loss ratios, and profitability. Review and approve high-value/complex accounts. Partner with Claims, Actuarial, Sales, and senior leadership. Mentor and develop underwriting staff. Requirements 10+ years of commercial auto/P&C underwriting experience. 5+ years of underwriting management/leadership experience. Strong knowledge of commercial auto, trucking, fleet, and transportation risks. Experience managing underwriting profitability and portfolio performance. Strong knowledge of Florida commercial auto market and regulations. Bachelor//'s degree or equivalent experience. CPCU, AU, ARM, or similar designation preferred. Florida insurance license preferred.
