Work Model:
On-site for 6 months; hybrid available after training 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM What You Will Do:
Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements to support sound decision-making and operational integrity Evaluate policy accounts and any submitted modifications to confirm consistency with underwriting standards and risk assessment criteria Manage and update underwriting records to maintain complete and accurate documentation while effectively communicating coverage determinations and underwriting decisions Act as a primary liaison for agents and brokers, facilitating timely, accurate, and transparent communication to support efficient coordination and resolution of underwriting-related inquiries What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree (required) One to three years of experience in insurance, finance, or customer service environments; property and casualty insurance experience (preferred) Candidates who are approximately two to five years post-graduation are preferred Demonstrated analytical thinking, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities Ability to establish productive relationships with agents and successfully influence or guide policy recommendations through effective communication and persuasion
