Position Summary We are hiring Life Insurance Agents to assist clients in selecting policies that meet their financial and personal needs. This is a client-facing sales role with training and support provided. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. What We Provide Training and onboarding support Flexible scheduling Remote or office-based work options Access to clients through company-generated leads A professional team environment Opportunities for skill development within the insurance field Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually or in person to discuss their insurance needs Explain available life insurance options in clear, understandable terms Complete and submit applications accurately Maintain communication with clients throughout the process Follow industry regulations and compliance standards Qualifications Valid Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Professional and reliable work ethic No prior insurance experience required — training provided Compensation This role includes performance-based pay consistent with standard insurance sales positions.
