We move fast, fund fast, and we're looking for an underwriter who can keep pace. The Role We need an experienced MCA underwriter who can hit the ground running — no training wheels. We're specifically looking for someone currently underwriting at an active MCA funding shop — this is a lateral move for the right person, not a career restart. You'll be evaluating merchant cash advance applications, assessing risk, structuring deals, and making funding decisions that directly impact our bottom line. This isn't a "learn on the job" position — we're hiring immediately for someone who already knows this business inside and out. What You'll Do

∙ Underwrite MCA deals from submission to funding decision

∙ Analyze bank statements, cash flow, and credit risk to determine deal structure and terms

∙ Price deals and set advance amounts, factor rates, and payback terms

∙ Spot red flags — stacking, fraud, inflated revenue — before they become our problem

∙ Work directly with brokers and ISOs to get deals across the finish line

∙ Make fast, sound decisions in a high-volume environment What You Need

∙ Currently employed at an active MCA funding company — we're looking for someone working in the space right now, not someone with past MCA experience looking to re-enter

∙ Proven MCA underwriting experience — this is non-negotiable

∙ Deep understanding of MCA deal structures, factor rates, and risk assessment

∙ Ability to read and analyze business bank statements quickly and accurately

∙ Strong judgment under pressure — you'll be making real money decisions daily

∙ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume funding environment
