Job Description May maintain the highest credit rating within the office and involved in the initial assessment process for new credits, subsequent credit approval discussions, and the management of the workflow. Responsible for ensuring all credit processes are adequate, including the timely completion of credit requests, past due management, credit quality goals, problem credit management and CRA/PRM compliance. Depending on credit and market needs, may also have some responsibility for client contact and revenue enhancement. Manages and leads a staff of portfolio managers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of banking experience Five or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience Advanced knowledge of commercial lending policy, all applicable laws and regulations, credit quality standards, and company and business line policies and procedures Advanced knowledge of credit products Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Considerable tact and diplomacy skills If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
