Job Title:
Senior Loan Operations Administrator Location:
AZ - Chandler 3075 What you'll do: The Senior Loan Administrator is responsible for managing complex commercial loan transactions across a diverse portfolio, including Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, Asset-Based Lending, and Construction loans.
This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of loan closings while maintaining strong compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position serves as a key operational partner across business lines and plays a leadership role in supporting team development and process improvement. Loan Processing & Pipeline Management Manage a high-volume pipeline of complex commercial loan transactions, including new originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions
Review credit approvals and structure transactions to determine required documentation and due diligence
Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment and readiness for closing Closing Execution & Coordination Lead coordination of all closing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners, including legal counsel, title, and escrow
Direct preparation and review of loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved terms
Identify and resolve potential closing risks, including collateral, lien, and structural issues Risk Management & Compliance Ensure all loan transactions meet bank policies, credit requirements, and regulatory standards
Validate collateral perfection, entity structures, and borrower compliance requirements
Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready loan documentation Funding & Loan Servicing Transition Execute loan funding, including booking, disbursements, and fee reconciliation
Ensure all conditions precedent to funding are satisfied prior to closing
Facilitate seamless transition to Loan Servicing through accurate and complete loan boarding packages Post-Closing & Portfolio Support Monitor financial covenants, reporting requirements, and post-closing conditions
Proactively resolve exceptions and maintain compliance with ongoing credit requirements Leadership & Development Provide mentorship and training to Loan Administrators and junior staff
Serve as a resource for complex and non-standard transactions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Loan Operations What you'll need: 5+ years of commercial loan closing experience
High School Diploma Required
Strong knowledge of C&I lending, collateral structures, and loan documentation
Experience with complex transactions, including participations and specialty lending structures preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
