ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Loan Officer with Vision Pro Financial, you will develop the skills needed to manage the mortgage process from initial client consultation through closing while building your own pipeline and referral relationships. Consult with borrowers to understand their home financing needs and recommend appropriate loan options Structure loan scenarios and review borrower qualifications Generate and follow up with prospective clients, Realtor partners, and referral opportunities Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management through our CRM Prepare and review Loan Estimates and required loan disclosures Coordinate appraisal and HOA documentation when applicable Prepare and submit complete loan files to underwriting Review and assist with clearing underwriting conditions Maintain communication with borrowers, Realtors, and transaction partners throughout the loan process Work with our operations team to move files efficiently from application through Clear to Close Develop Realtor, past-client, and professional referral relationships to build a consistent book of business Participate in homebuyer seminars, webinars, networking, and other business-development opportunities Provide an exceptional client experience from application through closing and beyond Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or currently completing licensing requirements Mortgage experience preferred, but not required Basic understanding of mortgage lending and the loan origination process Ability and willingness to learn how to structure Conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan programs Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines is a plus Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and automated follow-up tools Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to building a successful mortgage business Ability to develop relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners Strong work ethic and willingness to prospect consistently and follow a structured business-development plan About-our-team About Vision Pro Financial At Vision Pro Financial , we're building a mortgage company where Loan Officers have the tools, training, technology, and operational support they need to grow their business and deliver an exceptional experience to their clients.
