A book of business is NOT required. This position is ideal for an experienced escrow professional who wants to step into an existing unit with established clients, consistent transaction volume, and an experienced team already in place. Someone who enjoys the operational side of escrow, works well in a team environment, and can help us provide the high level of service our existing clients expect. What We're Looking For- California escrow experience. Escrow Officer or strong Junior Escrow Officer background. Experience handling residential purchase and refinance transactions. Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, documents, funding and closing. Ability to manage files efficiently in a busy, high volume environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Professional and responsive with clients, agents, lenders and title. Dependable, positive and team-oriented. SMS Streamline experience preferred. Notary preferred. Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks and employment screening. What Makes This Opportunity Different- You do not need to bring a book of business or generate your own clients. You will be joining an existing, successful escrow unit with established production and an existing client base. We are looking for someone who can become and integral part of the team and help us manage and service our current business.
