Job Description
Integrity 1st Escrow is hiring an Escrow Assistant to support our officers and help clients through a smooth, stress-free closing. We handle residential, commercial, and mobile home transactions and build our work around trust, transparency, clear communication, and getting the details right. What you'll do Support escrow officers from file open through funding and disbursement Open files, enter data, and keep transaction records organized and current Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and related correspondence Order and track payoffs, HOA docs, insurance, title items, and other closing requirements Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and vendors by phone and email Help schedule signings and coordinate notary or closing appointments Assist with deposits, wires, checks, and post-closing follow-up Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and applicable escrow rules What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Clear written and verbal communication and a calm, professional phone manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning escrow software Ability to juggle multiple files in a deadline-driven office Prior escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, or busy administrative experience preferred Notary commission is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
