Compensation:
[$20-$30/hour, depending on experience] About the Position We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office/Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service from the moment a patient calls or walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Review treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances Assist with insurance claims and pre-authorizations Maintain accurate patient information and records Manage patient recalls and unscheduled treatment Communicate appointment changes and follow-ups Coordinate closely with doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office Provide exceptional patient service and resolve concerns professionally Qualifications Previous dental front-office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly and professional personality Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable using computers and dental software Team player with a positive attitude Bilingual skills are a plus The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, accountable, organized, and patient-focused . You should be comfortable communicating with patients about appointments, insurance, and financial arrangements while maintaining a positive experience throughout the visit. Pay:
