MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ESCROW EXPERIENCE!
If you have previous escrow experience , and you're organized, proactive, and take pride in getting the details right, this is a great opportunity to build valuable experience in escrow, title, and mortgage operations—with clear paths for advancement. What You'll Do You'll partner closely with Escrow Officers to keep transactions on track from opening to closing: Open and manage escrow files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant Coordinate with clients, lenders, agents, and internal teams to keep deals moving Prepare, review, and track documents, conditions, and timelines Order title reports, payoffs, and required documents Organize and audit transaction files for completeness and accuracy Assist in preparing settlement statements, closing packages, and final documents Maintain clear, timely communication with all parties involved What Sets You Up for Success Experience in Escrow and Title a must!
