We're looking for proven Loan Officers who can originate and close high volume, bring established investor relationships, and keep growing their own business. Who You Are A proven high-volume originator and closer with an existing book of business Experienced in Private Lending, BPL, or DSCR loans (strongly preferred) Producing $3M+ in monthly funded volume (strongly preferred) Holding direct relationships with real estate investors, with a transferable pipeline a significant plus A self-sourcer who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them Phone-first, able to establish value, handle objections, and ask for the business Disciplined in follow-up, CRM use, and pipeline management Sharp on leverage, credit, pricing, structure, and loan options Competitive, resilient, coachable, and accountable Committed to owning each deal from first conversation through closing, and to a 5-star client experience Building Your Business You'll be expected to keep growing your presence in the investor community by: Attending local real estate investor meetups weekly Traveling to industry conventions and conferences Hosting investor and client events Prospecting new investor relationships and expanding existing ones Turning closings into repeat business and referrals Building a strong presence across the Tampa market What We Provide Base salary Uncapped commission Company-provided leads to supplement your book Full benefits and PTO 401(k) with 3% company match Broad product offering Operational and sales support A national lending platform
