We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, customer-service-focused real estate loan closer to join our growing team in the Ankeny area. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for customer service, process management, and the real estate industry. Real Estate Loan Closers provide exceptional loan and cash closing services for lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and borrowers.

The right candidate will:

Prepare, execute, and close lender and cash transactions. Work closely with lenders, abstractors, attorneys, transaction coordinators and other vendors to complete closings in a timely and efficient manner. Review and clean up title work as needed. Audit transactions prior to closing out to ensure all documents are complete and in compliance. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. We're happy to train the candidate who has a desire to deliver excellence in customer service. Starting salary range is commensurate with experience.
