Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager III to join our team. As a Relationship Manager III, you'll partner with commercial clients to understand their goals, identify financing solutions, and provide ongoing support as their needs evolve. You'll manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio, collaborate with internal credit and lending teams, and play an active role in the communities we serve. What You'll Do:
A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):
  • Develop loans, maintain loan portfolio, collect delinquent loans, service their client base, collect customer data and provide information as requested for Market Executive, Lending/Credit Administration and/or Regional President.
  • Prepares documentation and supporting information for credit decision recommendations and works with the credit department and loan portfolio specialists to prepare credit memos in nCino.
  • Responsible for resolving all outstanding documentation and loan expectations.
  • Achieve loan, deposit, and referral goals as defined in incentive compensation plan.
  • Reports pertinent information to immediate supervisor as required; compiles necessary information as directed and provides data to appropriate Bank personnel.
  • Actively participate in community events and maintain membership(s) in local, non-profit organizations (preferably in an executive/board role).
  • Responds to inquiries or requests from other personnel, customers etc., within given time frames and within established procedure.
  • Performs self-evaluation paperwork on or before the due date on an annual basis.
  • Performs any duties assigned by the Market Executive/Regional President relating to the Bank and its functions
  • Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.
g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adnce.
