Position Overview We are seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Mortgage Broker Assistant. In this role, you will receive hands-on training while learning every aspect of the mortgage industry. You'll work directly with experienced mortgage professionals, assist clients throughout the loan process, and develop the skills necessary to become a Licensed Mortgage Broker. No mortgage license is required to start—we provide the training and help guide you through the licensing process.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Entry-Level Commission:

12.6% commission on funded loans

After Licensing:

26% commission or higher Paid in-house training Company-supported licensing program Unlimited income potential based on performance What You'll Do Assist licensed mortgage professionals with new loan applications. Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and text. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. Collect documentation and help keep loan files organized. Learn FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM mortgage products. Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service. Participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and sales training. Prepare to become a Licensed Mortgage Broker through our training program.
