No mortgage experience is required. As a Mortgage Loan Partner, you'll begin with paid, in-office training while we help you complete the mortgage licensing process. Once you complete the required licensing education and pass the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a Mortgage Loan Officer role. What You'll Do as a Loan Partner Contact and follow up with new and existing leads Speak with prospective clients to understand their mortgage needs Gather basic customer, financial, and property information Qualify and transfer interested consumers to licensed Loan Officers Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients Accurately document customer information and conversations Provide a professional and positive customer experience Complete company-provided mortgage licensing education and exam preparation Your Career Path The Loan Partner position is designed to prepare you for a career as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer . We provide the training, resources, licensing materials, and support needed to help you complete your education and prepare for the SAFE exam. After successfully completing the licensing requirements and passing the exam, you can move into a Loan Officer position and begin building your career in mortgage sales.
