Loan Officer Assistant Are you a people person who loves solving problems and making things happen? What You'll Be Doing:

Communicating clearly with clients and guiding them through the home loan process Helping gather and organize documents, often meeting multiple deadlines (we'll show you how!) Working with our team to keep everything running smoothly—from applications to closings Staying organized and on top of multiple moving parts. We have a CRM platform to help you keep track of client activity Learning the ins and outs of the mortgage world as you go

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset Strong attention to detail and follow-through Someone who uses sound judgment to make suggestions or ask smart follow-up questions Someone who's dependable and can manage their time well Experience in Real Estate or Mortgage industry is preferred but not required Bonus points if you've worked in customer service, sales, or admin
