Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Executive Title Closer based in our New Brighton, MN office. We are seeking a high-performing closer who brings an existing book of business—ideally averaging 20-25 transactions per month—and is motivated to grow that business within a supportive, service-driven environment. We welcome both individual closers and established teams, with a strong focus on growth and expansion opportunities In this role, you will manage all aspects of the closing process, including title review, escrow administration, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely transactions. You'll work closely with agents, lenders, and clients to deliver a seamless and professional closing experience, while continuing to build and strengthen your relationships. We offer the platform, reputation, and operational support to help you scale your business further. Closers who work with an assistant or team are welcome. Qualifications Strong skills in managing Closings and Deal Closure processes Proficiency in Escrow management and related procedures Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Thorough understanding of real estate documentation and title processes Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Prior experience in title services, escrow, or a related field is preferred"
