Essential Functions and Duties:
Build and manage a profitable agricultural and commercial loan portfolio Develop new business through community involvement, networking, and regular customer outreach Build long-term relationships with local farmers, ranchers, business owners, and community members Meet with borrowers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate loan structures and products Analyze financial statements, credit information, and other data to make sound lending decisions Cross-sell banking products and partner with other departments to provide comprehensive customer service Maintain a strong knowledge of bank products, services, lending practices, and market opportunities Deliver a high level of personal service while representing the bank in the local community
Qualifications:
