Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and/or Breakfast Attendant, where you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and culinary expertise. In this dynamic role, you will manage food and beverage service during breakfast/dinner hours, ensuring each guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional attention. Your energy and hospitality will set the tone for a memorable dining experience, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, sales, and customer relations within a lively hospitality environment. Shared housing may be available for the right candidate.
Duties of Breakfast Attendant:
Prep coffee & muffins Greet guests warmly upon arrival Keep coffee & muffins filled during breakfast times. Light cleaning of dining room post breakfast.
Duties of Dinner Server:
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve Dinner menu items, beverages, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, wine pairings, or premium ingredients to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide receipts while maintaining excellent guest relations Qualifications For Breakfast Attendant, we can train you. For Server, we prefer previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining is a plus. Must be able to lift and carry heavy plates/trays. This job can require high energy and physical capabilities. Each of these positions is a part-time position. Interested parties may do both.
