Job Description
Incumbent will negotiate loan agreements; communicate with investors, business partners and counsel; enforce risk controls; maintain data governance and comply with appropriate policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Incumbent will onboard and fund complex transactions within the loan accounting system. Responsibilities Perform a qualitative review of syndicated loan agreements and related documents for compliance with the loan approval, adherence to policies and regulations and to mitigate operational and reputation risk. Effectively manage, as Administrative Agent, the investors by ensuring timely, proper and effective communication utilizing market standard processes (SyndTrak, etc) Book, fund and manage distribution of assigned transactions within the Bank's loan accounting and/or loan trading systems. Ensure the highest-level data quality, including all financial data, for assigned portfolio. Interact with all Business Lines to provide seamless execution of closings Build relationships with internal and external customers, legal counsel, and vendors Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the closing and/or administration of moderately complex commercial transactions Working knowledge of the closing and administrative needs associated with complex transactions Proven success in all facets of the syndicated loan process, including operational, systems, financial, regulatory, accounting and customer service. Detailed oriented to maintain high degree of accuracy in execution and data quality Comprehensive analytical ability to facilitate complex problem resolution Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Adept at PC and mainframe applications 2+ years of end-to-end booking experience within the LoanIQ system preferred

Monday-Friday 8-5 Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $26.92 - $36.53 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
