Loan Assistant:

Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant. Perform a variety of administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, completing requests for insurance, title work, and building new customer profiles on the system. Review and sort loan documents for closings such as preparing disbursement, completing loan checklists, and imaging loan packets. Provide designated Lending Officers with regular updates on the status of new loans and customer needs.
