The Project Manager will provide overall leadership and oversight of a large-scale residential loan servicing portfolio, ensuring program objectives, operational requirements, performance standards, and contractual deliverables are successfully achieved. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for program leadership and stakeholders, providing strategic direction, managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective coordination across operational teams. The position will oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, performance, and quality while identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale loan servicing portfolios and leading complex programs within the mortgage or financial services industry. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management, budget development, stakeholder engagement, and performance management is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale loan servicing portfolios . PMP certification or an equivalent industry-recognized project management certification. Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, programs, or operational initiatives. Strong understanding of residential mortgage servicing operations. Experience with risk management, budget planning, performance management, and stakeholder coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
